About the position
We are seeking a Creative Marketing Copywriter to execute conversion-focused copy for our main communication channels. The ideal candidate is mostly experienced in email marketing and conversion-centered copy. In this role, you’ll create groundbreaking messaging that resonates with our audience, mainly focusing on our email marketing efforts. You will also oversee our content strategy and make improvements.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the language use trends that connect with our target audiences. Your role will be to conceptualize, create, and put things out into the world at the speed of culture, focusing on sales and conversions.

- You have strong conceptual skills and can adapt your talent to revenue-focused channels, especially emails.
- You think critically about how each email and campaign contributes to the bigger picture and understand that each piece of writing is crucial.
- You can take an idea and make it sharper, smarter, and more impactful across revenue-driving channels.
- You thrive in a fast-paced channel and always meet your deadlines—no questions asked.
- You have excellent listening and collaboration skills. You know how to interpret creative direction and feedback and read between the lines to get to the final, high-quality end product.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate & Improve Content & Copy Strategy
- Always evaluate what can be improved in our content strategy and content delivery.
- Identify tone, messaging, and branding inconsistencies and develop plans to unify these elements across all touchpoints.
- Ensure that the messaging aligns with the overall brand voice and strategic goals to create a cohesive experience for the audience.
Creating Copy for Emails & Campaigns
- Develop engaging, conversion-focused emails that resonate with the audience, sparking interest and driving clicks.
- Ensure that email copy not only informs but inspires readers to take meaningful actions—whether clicking through, signing up, or making a purchase.
- Personalize messaging where possible to make the content feel tailored to the audience’s needs, desires, and sensibilities.
- Continuously test and optimize copy to maximize conversion rates and customer engagement.
Write Copy that is Aligned with the Brand & Brand Vision Goals
- Own and maintain the brand story across channels, ensuring a consistent voice and cohesive vision.
- Create insightful and culturally relevant social content that sparks conversation and is inherently resonant.
Collaborate with Teams to Reach Big Picture Goals
- Collaborate with the creative team and other channel owners to produce compelling and impactful work.
Basic Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in email marketing, advertising, or social media.
- A well-rounded portfolio showcasing email examples.
- Native English speaker with excellent grammar skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional short-form and long-form writing skills, with the ability to adapt to our brand’s tone of voice across channels and audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail. You have perfect grammar, editing, and proofreading skills to ensure flawless content execution.
- Eagerness to push the boundaries of creativity, dive into the work, and produce impactful results.
- Experience in the health, beauty, and lifestyle industries or similar. This is not crucial for the role but may be preferred depending on experience and other skills.
- Deep understanding of email marketing and conversion-focused copy dynamics, with the ability to drive engagement and conversation across platforms.
- A natural talent for crafting unique, buzz-worthy, and culturally relevant content.
- Strategic thinking paired with creative conceptualization for a well-rounded approach to copywriting.
- Strong communication skills with your team and the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
