About the position
We are looking for Sales Assistant to support our sales team in driving growth by managing B2B orders, ensuring smooth sales operations, and reporting on our progress.

Responsibilities
- Order Management:
- Process and track sales orders from initial receipt to fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients regarding order status.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve shipping or delivery issues.
- Create invoices and track payments.
- Report Updates:
- Maintain and update sales reports, tracking team performance and sales metrics.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales performance summaries for internal review.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing documents and updating CRM tools (HubSpot).
- Address client inquiries and route them to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Organize and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles, or order management.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
Details
The role is a remote part-time position, with a 20-hour workweek, flexible working hours and occasional overlap with the US team.
