About the position

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for ecosystem products. The ideal candidate is experienced in shaping product positioning, implementing go-to-market strategies, and leveraging customer insights to drive product growth.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: You are a great manager, confident in overseeing product marketing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring projects stay on schedule while all deliverables are completed efficiently.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: You can define, plan, and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, aligning messaging, positioning, and campaigns to maximize market impact.
  • Customer & Market Research: You know how to conduct research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends through surveys, interviews, and data analysis, ensuring strategies are aligned with insights.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: You can analyze data to uncover trends, extract actionable insights, and guide strategic decisions to improve product and business performance.
  • Value Proposition & Product Positioning: You are skilled at defining and articulating the product’s unique value, creating messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You are skilled at working closely with product, marketing, and other teams to ensure cohesive strategies and drive successful product outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in product marketing, management, or brand roles in D2C/healthcare, with go-to-market strategy, product launches, and data analysis experience.
  • Critical Thinking: Able to evaluate complex information, question assumptions, and make well-reasoned decisions that guide strategic initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in extracting, interpreting, and analyzing data to inform strategies, optimize campaigns, and measure outcomes effectively.
  • Great manager and strong team player who knows how to delegate, manage cross-functional teams and projects, and collaborate effectively.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
