About the position

We are looking for a Creative Producer to consistently deliver 20+ high-quality video creatives per month, including at least 10 videos with real UGC creators, by executing within our established creative strategy. The ideal candidate is experienced in creative ideation & trend adaptation, performance scriptwriting, and production & stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing, or paid social advertising
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven video ads, UGC content, or paid social creatives
  • Proven experience writing scripts for UGC creators and direct-response video ads
  • Experience working with and managing creators, editors, designers, freelancers, or creative agencies
  • Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and what makes ads perform
  • Ability to analyze creative performance data and apply insights to generate new concepts
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple productions simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate 20+ high-quality video creative concepts per month by analyzing product information, creative performance data, competitor ads, and social media trends
  • Write compelling UGC scripts with strong hooks, engaging storytelling, and clear CTAs optimized for paid social advertising
  • Produce at least 10 videos per month featuring real UGC creators, managing the full production cycle from casting to final delivery
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with creators, video editors, designers, freelancers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of launch-ready assets
  • Review and provide clear, actionable feedback on creator submissions, editor cuts, and designer assets to maintain quality standards
  • Adapt successful ad formats and trends for Mira's brand while staying aligned with the established creative strategy
  • Organize and maintain creative libraries, performance insights, and production assets for easy reference and iteration
  • Ensure all creatives are delivered on schedule and ready for launch with proper specifications for paid social platforms
  • Track production timelines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate progress updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand product features, campaign goals, and performance feedback to inform creative development
