Sales and Sales Operations Lead

About Mira

Mira is a San Francisco-based hormonal health company hormonal testing for over 300,000 customers. In 2023, we were recognized by Inc. 5000 as America's fastest-growing femtech company.

Mira's breakthrough innovation was creating the market's only FDA-compliant at-home hormone monitor with quantitative testing technology. From the beginning, our mission has been to make hormone data accessible and meaningful - so women can understand their bodies and make confident health decisions at every stage of life, from cycle health and family planning to hormonal imbalances and the menopause transition.

We are committed to improving real health outcomes through personalized insights, cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data—turning hormone information into practical guidance for everyday wellbeing.

About the position

We are looking for a Sales Operations Lead to build the sales process, data infrastructure, and operating rhythm that our fast-growing B2B business has never had, so our sales and clinical leadership can focus on strategy and partnerships instead of spreadsheets. The ideal candidate is experienced in hands-on CRM (HubSpot) administration and data hygiene, sales pipeline and forecasting methodology, and coaching a sales team through its first real operating cadence.

If you want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup and make a difference for women's health, please join us!

Responsibilities

  • Personally close deals in the existing pipeline, running the full cycle
  • Onboard the accounts you close, and diagnose where deals stall and where handoffs break down
  • Rebuild the sales process and write a stage-by-stage playbook: qualification criteria, call scripts, discovery questions, demo flow, objection handling, and stage exit criteria
  • Train and coach existing reps on the playbook through live and recorded call reviews
  • Define the sales metric set, instrument it in HubSpot (pipelines, properties, workflows, dashboards, forecasting), and own CRM hygiene
  • Run a weekly pipeline review and performance cadence, and own the monthly forecast
  • Redesign and propose the commission/comp plan, modelled and reviewed with finance
  • Define and refine ICP and disqualification criteria based on evidence from real calls
  • Feed field insight back to product and marketing, and recommend when and how to expand the team

Requirements

Must have

  • 5+ years B2B sales, including 2+ years carrying a quota into medical practices
  • Track record closing multi-clinician practices, navigating owner + clinical champion + office manager
  • Hands-on HubSpot ownership — you've configured pipelines, properties, workflows and dashboards
  • Built a sales playbook from scratch that other people then used, and coached reps on it through live call reviews
  • Accountable for your own closed revenue while building the process
  • Credible with clinicians on functional medicine practice workflow — protocols, lab ordering, cash-pay/membership models, dispensary economics

Strongly preferred

  • Experience with a product clinicians recommend or dispense to patients, where success depends on adoption in practice
  • Familiarity with the ecosystem — practice management/EHR, lab-ordering and dispensary platforms, the IFM/A4M conference circuit
  • Designed a commission plan

Nice to have

  • Early-stage experience where the process didn't exist yet
  • Existing practitioner network in the space
  • Women's health, hormone, or fertility domain knowledge

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and meaningful overlap with the US team (a US/Americas timezone is strongly preferred).

What we offer

  • Join one of the fastest-growing femtech companies in the U.S., driven by a strong mission to advance women's health and expand access to care
  • Be the first person to own sales operations for one of Mira's fastest-growing revenue lines, with real influence over process, comp design, and forecasting from day one
  • Be part of a passionate, highly motivated, and international team dedicated to making a real difference in people's lives
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where your work directly impacts company growth, strategy, and key decisions
  • Enjoy real opportunities for career growth, with the ability to shape, build, and develop teams as we scale
  • Work in a flexible, fully remote environment that supports autonomy, ownership, and independence
  • Receive a competitive salary along with a performance-based bonus system tied to OKRs
