Influencers Marketing Manager

About Mira

Hi, we are Mira. Our flagship product, the Mira Monitor, is the first at-home hormone monitoring system powered by lab-grade science. What began as a fertility solution has evolved into a full ecosystem that supports women and individuals at every stage of their hormone health journey—from trying to conceive, to managing PCOS, to navigating perimenopause and menopause.

We started Mira to take the guesswork out of hormones and empower people with accurate, science-backed insights they can trust. Too often, women and individuals face confusing symptoms, limited information, or a lack of support when it comes to their hormonal health. We’re here to change that.

By working closely with scientists, doctors, and health experts, we deliver personalized insights and easy-to-use technology that help people understand their bodies, make informed decisions, and take control of their health. Whether it’s improving chances of conception, managing cycle irregularities, or gaining clarity during the menopause transition, Mira is here to provide clarity, confidence, and care.

About the position

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead Mira’s influencer marketing efforts. This role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic oversight—you’ll not only run day-to-day partnerships but also set campaign direction, manage external agencies, and support a junior influencer marketer and assistant.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love both the creative and analytical sides of influencer marketing, and want to make a real impact in women’s health, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee agencies and junior team members.
  • Strong instincts for content and ability to balance creativity with performance.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Passionate about women’s health and social media culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar fields.

Details

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week (remote).
  • Flexible working hours with some overlap required with the US team.
  • Contractor/B2B agreement with a fixed monthly salary plus performance-based bonus tied to KPIs/OKRs.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

  • Contribute to influencer marketing strategy across key segments (TTC, hormone health, perimenopause).
  • Identify new influencer categories and campaign opportunities to expand Mira’s reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align influencer programs with brand, growth, and revenue goals.

Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns: sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracts, content review, and performance tracking.
  • Hand-select high-performing influencers (micro, macro, mega) across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Oversee content quality, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, compliant, and optimized for performance.

Team & Agency Leadership

  • Manage and support a junior influencer marketer and assistant, providing guidance, feedback, and day-to-day oversight.
  • Act as primary liaison with influencer marketing agencies, ensuring they deliver results aligned with KPIs.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent managers.

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain influencer databases, affiliate codes, and the influencer content library.
  • Report on campaign performance, including sales, CTR, engagement, and brand awareness metrics.
  • Use insights to refine strategy, improve ROI, and recommend optimizations.
  • Stay on top of influencer marketing trends, social media updates, and competitive benchmarks.

Benefits

  • The chance to work with a dedicated, highly engaged, international team passionate about advancing women’s health—from TTC to hormone balance, perimenopause, and beyond.
  • A fast-paced, collaborative environment where open communication, ownership, and independence are encouraged.
  • Competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus system tied to OKRs.
  • Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
  • Professional development opportunities through training courses, workshops, and seminars.
