About the position

We are looking for a Mid-level Visual Designer to support marketing and B2B teams with visuals for blog and content publications, in-app communication, presentations, and social media. The ideal candidate is confident in digital design and illustration, able to translate complex health information into clear, approachable visual storytelling, work comfortably within an established brand system, and use AI tools to support image and illustration creation while maintaining high visual quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic or visual designer (in-house, agency, or product company)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work in infographics, visual communication, and digital design
  • Proficiency in Figma, AI tools (nano-banana, MidJourney, kling), and animation tools is a plus
  • Experience designing for digital channels (content, product, social, B2B materials), prepress knowledge is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual clarity
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate remotely

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 20-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team. After the probation period (3 months), this role will probably be transitioned to a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to create illustrations, infographics, and visuals for blog and content pieces, turning ideas and information into clear visual storytelling
  • Comfortable using AI tools to generate or explore images and illustrations, and refining them to match brand quality
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and attention to visual detail
  • Ability to adapt designs for different channels (blog, in-app, social, B2B)
  • Experience working with content, product, and marketing teams
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Figma to design and deliver production-ready assets
  • Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly without losing quality
