About the position

We're hiring a Performance Copywriter (Women's Health) to own top-of-funnel copy — paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests. Your job is to move our target consumers efficiently through the funnel, with sharp writing and constant testing.

We expect you to master headlines that stop the scroll and craft landing pages that turn cold traffic into believers – copy that's clear, scannable, bold, and compliant.

This seat reports to our Copy Lead and sits alongside a Lifecycle Copywriter as part of Mira's copy team.

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, with real hands-on time in e-com and paid ad copywriting.
• A portfolio showing measurable performance across landing pages, ads, or lead-gen content – not just award-nice work.
• A track record of testing and iterating against real conversion and performance data, not just intuition.
• Genuine copy craft – you write hooky, scroll-stopping lines that naturally touch people. Copy is scannable, human, and clear at a glance —never generic, vague, or overloaded.
• Product marketing fluency – you naturally question the business goal behind each piece of copy, dig deep into product and persona research.
• Fluent with AI-assisted writing tools, with strong judgment to know what to keep, what to rewrite, and what to throw out.
• Native or native-level English.

• Nice-to-have: femtech or wellness products background.

Details

The role is a remote FT position with flexible working hours.

• Write paid ad copy — static copy or video scripts — proactively bringing creative insight into how to hook and capture target personas.
• Own copywriting for product pages, landing pages, and CRO tests — optimizing the language for relevant audiences.
• Push past the obvious angles, bringing fun, non-standard ideas to the table — study what's what’s trending and working for the best performing brands.
• Test and iterate constantly on website and ad copy, working closely with the e-com and growth teams on testing cadence. Read the data, not just the brief, to know what's actually converting.
• Work with AI efficiently to speed up ideation and increase testing volume — while staying critical enough that nothing reads generic.
• Understand the compliance challenges around medical device products — you don't have to be an FDA/FTC expert, but you should be willing to learn fast and strike the right balance between bold and compliant, even before legal review.
