About the position

We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Specialist to manage supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and global logistics. The goal of this role is to ensure smooth, cost-efficient operations across procurement and supply chain, while supporting Amazon's inventory planning and day-to-day execution.

The ideal candidate is experienced in procurement, logistics management, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in procurement and supplier management.
  • Strong logistics background, ideally with Amazon inventory and 3PL/fulfillment partners.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and cost management.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Proactive and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments with third-party suppliers and partners.
  • Source and evaluate new suppliers for packaging, raw materials, and product development.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and software vendors.
  • Track procurement budgets and align with finance.
  • Oversee Amazon inventory management in collaboration with agencies and 3PL partners.
  • Support the Head of Operations with ad-hoc procurement and logistics, and strategic projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement and logistics partners, ensuring that contract terms are enforced and disputes are resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate with the China logistics team on shipping schedules, fulfillment, and process improvements.
