About the position
We are looking for a Recruiter who can take full ownership of the recruiting process to assist in team growth, find the best fits for the team, and oversee the entire recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting various specialists globally, particularly for startups.

Responsibilities
- Job descriptions preparation and research
- Collaborate with hiring manager to define requirements, responsibilities, and competencies for a role
- Gain a deep understanding of how the role aligns with the business and its primary functions
- Research competitor team structures or how similar roles are organized in other companies.
- Recruiting strategies
- Develop and implement sourcing strategy to engage top talents in a variety of functional areas
- Proactively troubleshoot if the hiring process is taking an extended amount of time
- Interview
- Prepare interview questions and competency assessments
- Conduct screening interview to assess cultural fit, tech skills, and potential for long term success within the team
- Provide feedback to the hiring team about the candidates
- Communication with hiring team
- Create feedback templates and request input from managers
- Assist in the decision-making process
- Educate new hiring managers on the hiring process, promote the company culture, and help them set high standards for candidate requirements. Ensure they are following the process
- Communication with candidates
- Provide clear communication and feedback to candidates
- Extend job offer, negotiate compensation, present offer to candidates
- Recruiting improvements
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends
- Audit the recruiting process, source and research new hiring platforms, job boards and propose ideas for optimization and automation.
- Track and report current recruiting metrics and implement new KPIs
- Continuously seek feedback from candidates and hiring teams to improve the overall candidate experience, ensuring a positive and seamless recruitment process
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting in EU and globally
- Experience filling marketing, sales and software engineering roles
- Experience working in the US companies/startups
- Experience workings in startups - ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong communication and English skills
- Strong ownerships skills - be able to manage and push the recruiting process
- Strong employer needs analysis - be able to understand and match what the employer is looking for
- Effective management of the recruitment process - ensuring meticulous adherence to the recruitment process of all participants
- Developed structural and logical thinking
- Result oriented - constantly eager to achieve KPIs and help team the hire the best hires
Details
The role is remote, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible hours, and occasional overlap with the US team's/candidates' time zone.
