About the Position

We are looking for a Content and Social Media Associate to support our Content Team in executing day-to-day tasks. We’re seeking a proactive individual who takes initiative, is passionate about social media and content, and is highly organized and responsible. Responsibilities

Social Media:

  • Assist with editing and formatting short-form videos for social media platforms.
  • Write engaging and on-brand captions for social media posts to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations on our platforms.
  • Schedule and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn using designated tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly SMM reports using provided templates.

Content:

  • Analyze competitors’ content and identify trends to improve our social media strategy.
  • Brief the creative team on content asset requirements and ensure they align with Mira’s brand.
  • Create content from real customer success stories.
  • Upload and edit blog articles.
  • Assist in managing the email calendar.

 

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in social media, copywriting, or content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with an understanding of current U.S. trends.
  • Proven ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and improve workflows.
  • Experience with video editing software; comfortable creating Reels or adding subtitles.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Interest in women’s health.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, GA4, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Experience in shooting videos and comfort being in front of the camera.

 

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the U.S. team.
